  • How long does it take you to make an order?
    At Robot Panda Creations, we make all of our custom products as they are ordered. This generally takes 5-7 business days from start to finish. If there is a proof approval needed for a personalized item, we will start the process when we receive your approval. In the event that there are any circumstances where there would be a longer delay, such as a high volume of orders, we will notify you immediately. We understand that timely delivery is important to our customers and we will do our best to keep you informed of any changes to the estimated delivery date. High Volume months are: July, August, & September. Orders may take up to 10 days during this time.
  • What if there is a mistake?
    Please be sure to read our Return Policy here. We want you to be pleased 100% with your purchase. We try to avoid any mistakes on personalized items by sending you the mock up proof in advance, but we are human. We will replace or fix any items with mistakes at no cost to you. Please note that the shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location. You will be able to see the estimated delivery date and shipping cost at checkout before you finalize your order. Additionally, for customers who live within 10 miles of our location, we also offer Local Hand Delivery as a shipping option. With this option, your order will be delivered directly to your door as soon as it is ready.
